The redevelopment and refurbishment in 2015 of a three bedroom detached house on Comprigney Hill, Truro. This was a beautifully located property on the edge of field and woodlands that had fallen into disrepair. New ceilings, floors, windows and services were required and an extensive clear up externally to reveal period pathways and garden features.
